Omar Muneef Daham
Chairman & Founder
Omar Muneef Daham is the Chairman of Al-Munif Holding Group and Multi Projects Company (MPC Group). With over 15 years of executive experience spanning banking operations, credit management, corporate governance, and real estate investment, he brings a unique blend of financial acumen and development vision to MPC Group.
Prior to founding MPC in April 2021, Omar served as Branch Manager at Fransabank in Erbil (2014–2021), where he held full P&L responsibility and led corporate banking operations. His earlier career included corporate banking roles at Fransabank and Intercontinental Bank of Lebanon (2009–2014), specializing in credit assessment, corporate loans, letters of credit, and bank guarantees.
Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Sciences from the University of Mosul, Iraq (2003–2007), complemented by professional training in corporate banking, SME banking, and documentary credits (UCP 600). He is fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish.
Under his leadership, MPC Group has launched landmark projects including MPC Village (Ramadi), Al-Munif Commercial Complex (Mosul), and Boulevard Mosul.

Ali Muneef Daham co-leads MPC Group's strategic direction and operational oversight, supporting the group's expansion across Iraq's real estate and investment sectors. As Vice Chairman, he plays a pivotal role in shaping long-term strategy, forging key partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across all divisions of the group.

Authorized Director
Muhammad Muneef oversees day-to-day operations and project execution across MPC Group's development portfolio. As Authorized Director, he ensures delivery standards and regulatory compliance are maintained across all active projects, coordinating between engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive timely and quality project completion.
